I am rather disappointed with the KargoMaster stuff... I responded to a printed ad by visiting their website, and after having some difficulty getting them to answer email and/or faxes, decided to order the items through a local company. When I went to assemble the cage, there were no instructions, and some parts were definitely not there (i.e. wing nuts for the front attachment, and longer bolts to replace those on the windshield hinge). Fitment was pretty poor, too. After all was assembled, I also found that I could no longer open the back window :-( All they needed to do was push the cage bars out another inch on each side (Sigh!).
However, I plan to make the best of it. I got the local ArmorThane people to coat the entire cage and rack, including all nuts, bolts, etc. Hopefully, that will seal things so that there will be little chance of things coming apart. Also, I got Tonka 4-Wheel Drive to put a spacer into the center of the back part of the cage and remount the rear attachment points, so I can now open the rear window. (While they were at it, I had them attach four light tabs to the cage front, and one to the back.)
KargoMaster is supposed to have a tire mount soon, but I won't deal with them anymore. I just chain the spare to the top, and that works fine.
The local company I purchased from was informed of my difficulties (so that they could warn other potential customers) and offered to look into the matter for me. However, I have heard nothing further from them, either.
Although it has cost me about three times what it should have, after fixing all the problems that KargoMaster should never have let happen, I now have something I can use.
